Creator

The CREATOR is the user who is added to a course in Vocat and has the ability to upload media content to projects within that course. If self and peer-review functionality are enabled, the CREATOR has the ability to evaluate and assess artifacts uploaded by others or by themselves. In an instructional context, the CREATOR is most likely a student.
